Issue: Delay in Invoice Processing (Feb 2nd - Feb 5th)
Details: An isolated incident occurred with invoices held in 'ExtractingStatus'. Identified and rectified on February 9th. All affected invoices are updated to 'Extracted'. The backend process anomaly was resolved.
